The IBM Coremetrics training team works closely with you to ensure that all end users are properly trained on our applications and services. Clients can take advantage of interactive classroom-style, on-site, or web-based training sessions or a combination of methods to meet your company's specific requirements.

Training doesn't stop at the initial deployment of your IBM Coremetrics solution. We provide a series of training offerings including onsite workshops, and instructor-led training for business users of all levels. These sessions help clients understand best practices, and ensure that your team is consistently getting the maximum value from your IBM Coremetrics investment.

Important note for students enrolling in courses with a start date after July 1, 2011.

  • Beginning July 1, 2011 all IBM Coremetrics courses will be migrated to IBM systems and delivered by IBM Training. To register for an IBM Coremetrics course that starts after July 1, 2011, follow the steps below.
  • For United States enrollments, locate your course on the IBM Coremetrics curriculum page on the ibm.com Training Web site.
  • To enroll for an IBM Coremetrics course in another country, visit the IBM Global Training Web site to locate course information specific to your country.
  • To enroll in any course worldwide, you must have an IBM Customer Number. If you cannot locate your IBM customer number, you can contact an IBM Training Representative at 1-800-426-8322 in the US and Canada (find contact numbers and/or email addresses for other countries) to request your company's IBM customer number.

After you enroll in your course, you will receive your enrollment confirmation from IBM Training.
