Coremetrics Money Back Guarantee
Promotional Package

Refunds only apply to Coremetrics Analytics™ and Coremetrics AdTarget™ and Coremetrics Monitor™ or Coremetrics Export™ services (the “Promotional Package”). Any additional fees (including one time fees) for services that are not part of the Promotional Package are excluded from this refund offer and are not refundable.

Coremetrics guarantees Client will be fully satisfied with Coremetrics Analytics service or Coremetrics will fully refund up to twelve (12) months of the monthly Services Fee (the “Money Back Guarantee”). To exercise the Money Back Guarantee, Client may terminate the Agreement for convenience at anytime ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term. For Clients that have an Initial Term of thirteen (13) months or greater, written notification must be provided ninety (90) days prior to the twelve (12) month anniversary from the Effective Date. For Clients with an Initial Term of twelve (12) months, written notification must be provided ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or Additional Term (defined in Section 2 of the End User Agreement). Termination notification must be sent to Coremetrics’ Legal department at 1840 Gateway Drive, Ste. 320, San Mateo, California 94404 or to contracts@coremetrics.com.
