Seamless Coremetrics LIVEmail/Silverpop Integration Enables Leading Online Provider of Baby Care Products to Execute Highly Targeted Email Campaigns

The initial email campaign targeted shoppers who abandoned items in the shopping cart.

Launched in May of this year, the campaign delivered a 48 percent higher open rate and 78 percent higher click-through rate than any previous campaign. Moreover, the net conversion rate was 6.5 percent—129 percent higher than for any previous campaign. While the campaign represented less than three percent of email volume for the first month in which it ran, it contributed more than ten percent of the total revenue from email marketing for that month.
