Coremetrics Appoints Heather Brunner to Vice President of Client Services

  Former Trilogy Executive Brings Proven Track Record of Driving Successful Client Relationships for Technology Leaders Such As Trilogy, Concero, Oracle and Accenture

Ms. Brunner brings 15 years of client service experience with Trilogy, Concero, Oracle and Accenture to the Coremetrics executive team. She assumes primary responsibility for Coremetrics' industry-leading client service organization, which includes account management, implementation, client support and strategic services teams.

Prior to joining Coremetrics, Ms. Brunner served as vice president of client services for the New Business & Consumer Electronics verticals at Trilogy, where she oversaw solution adoption and support for Fortune 500 clients such as Lucent, Gateway, Goodyear, Cardinal Health, Lands' End, Tyco and British Airways. Previously, Ms. Brunner was an area vice president for Concero where she led over 130 professionals driving business development and client service delivery to Global 2000 companies. Ms. Brunner has also held senior roles at Oracle and Andersen Consulting and holds a bachelor's degree in international economics from Trinity University.
