Prior to joining Coremetrics, Davis served as the group vice president and general manager of the CRM division at PeopleSoft (NASDAQ: PSFT) where he led the worldwide development and overall strategy for the CRM product division. As the president and CEO of Coremetrics, Davis will lead the company's overall strategy, oversee day-to-day operations and identify high-growth markets that are well positioned to take advantage of Coremetrics' LIVE (Lifetime Individual Visitor Experience) Profiles, the industry's most detailed view of all online customer and visitor behavior.

Davis brings over twenty years of executive-level management experience to the Coremetrics team. Before joining Coremetrics as president and CEO, he led worldwide development, strategy, marketing and customer support operations for the CRM business unit within PeopleSoft, the world's second-largest enterprise application software company. Prior to his tenure at PeopleSoft, Davis served as president of Nortel Networks' eBusiness division, where he held full P&L responsibility for a division of 1,500 employees and over $300 million in revenues. Prior to that, Davis served as the general manager of Remedy's CRM division, led Lotus Development's Silicon Valley office, and managed all service and support initiatives for Everex Systems.
